Silverado is a 5 bedroom 7 Bathrom Executive Style ski in ski out Elegant Mountain Home located a short 3 minute walk from the centre of Silver Star Village. Backing onto the Ice Skating Rink, with views throught the trees to the top of the mountain, this home will cater for your every need. Whether is a single family travelling alone, families travelling together or a group of ski friends looking for that special time away together, look no further, you have found winter holiday heaven. 

From the large front entry and spacious foyer area, you enter through double glass doors to this 5000 sq foot home that greets you with floor to ceiling windows, delivering awe-inspiring views through the treetops directly to the top of the mountain showing beautiful snow covered slopes and long groomed trails that will take your breath away.  The the main living area of the home has a hand crafted gourmet kitchen, and large open plan living and dining room with seating for 12 pepople around a beautiful timber extension table. 

Silverados luxury amenities and sleek commercial grade appliances will relax and comfort you. 

The large custom built timber kitchen with 6 burner gas range and handcrafted curved timber bench-top with dual dishwashers and wine and beer fridge, allows wonderful social interaction due to the open plan. There is a coolroom with extra large storage fridge and freezer located in a separate room off the entry for excess grocery items and alcohol. There is a Queen sized bedroom with large ensuite bathroom for elderly or disabled guests on the main entry level with no steps at all required. 

This luxury property provides wonderful slope side living with separate recreation areas for both the adults and the children, giving each their own space to relax and enjoy time with friends. The private outdoor hot-tub has heated mats, there is a heated drying room and boot room, climate control with in floor heat and plush pillow top mattress's........you have arrived to Holiday Heaven. 

There are 5 Bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms - 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Twin Room with King Singles, and set of Single / Single bunk beds with walk in wardrobe. There is a separate TV/games and media room with a 60 inch flat screen TV on the second level and a Den with a Double sleeper sofa located on the lower level. There are a total of 5 full Bathrooms and 2 Powder Rooms.  

A separate laundry, internet room, heated drying room and a private outdoor hot tub, ski/board lockers, wireless internet connection and complimentary housekeeping, make this your perfect home away from home. 

Ski-in/Ski-out slopeside access to the Silver Queen quad chairlift and just a few minutes level stroll to all that Silver Star has to offer - the village center and the adventure park with tubing, ice skating, skidooing and X Country trails. 

Weekly Housekeeping and a Guided Mountain Tour from your chalet is all included in the rental rate.

Rental Skis and Poles are available on request and will be delivered to your vacation home.

Commercial style fridge & stove, TWO dishwashers, a wine fridge, large double sink, large pantry, microwave and all of the other amenities we could think of make this a kitchen of dreams.

 

An extra fridge and a stand up deep freeze are tucked away in a separate cool room for extra storage space, making catwering for large groups or extended stays easy to manage.  Loads of counter space, lots of cupboards full of all of the dishes, wineglasses, pots and pans, utensils you need.

The stunning hand-made timber curved island opens into the living and dining room allowing you to prepare and entertain while still visiting with your friends and family.

Our group of 5 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this chalet. We have travelled to many different ski resorts and stayed in numerous chalets and would definitely recommend this place. To start, the hosts Heather and John were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful both before and during our stay to ensure we had a great holiday. The accommodation was also top notch. The large kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had , with lots of prep space, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, a beverage fridge, a pantry with basic items, lots of glassware, cutlery, dishes, cooking tools and gadgets. The dining room easily held the 10 of us and the kitchen island was a wonderful place to gather. Lots of room to hang coats at the front door and the ski boot room was well laid out with room to hang ski suits and boots to dry over night. Good skiing and the adjacent Sovereign Lake Nordic Center and snow shoeing is also beautiful.

This house was a great place to spend our ski vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped if you will be cooking meals. We were a small group but this property would be well suited for larger groups and multiple families.

This is an excellent property with superior management. We have been visiting Silver Star for 15 years, and this was our favorite rental.

The booking and payment process was simple. The owner, Heather, was very responsive to inquiries about the property. The location is great - ski in/ski out, located just above the skating pond and tubing hill, no more than a 5 minute walk to the village.

Heather's home is gorgeous. It's light, well-decorated and spacious. We had three families - each set of parents had a well-appointed, comfortable en suite bedroom. The boys (five teen-agers) had a 4 bunk room and a double twin room. There is a large open kitchen/dining room/ sitting room where we could all congregate after skiing. This is the best-appointed kitchen we've ever had on any vacation. There is a separate media room on a lower floor, and yet a third gaming room - plenty of room for everyone. The deck hot tub is large enough for at least five adults. The heated pads to the hot tub are just one of the many nice details in this home.

The management company stopped by our first evening to make sure our check-in went without difficulty. After we forgot a pair of skis (parent: always check,even if the children say they're loaded the skis) they were kind enough to ship them back to us in Seattle. That is extraordinary service.

We had a great stay at this home. I would highly recommend this property.

Keep to your RIGHT and follow it around to the right. You will see the car park on your left and The Firelight Lodge on your right. Continue straiaght ahead and follow the road as it takes a right hand turn onto Monashee Rd . You are now entering The Knoll residential sub-division (as indicated by the decorative illuminated rock columns). 20 metres on your right take a soft RIGHT turn into KASSA LANE.
